Shipping and Return policy

Endeavour offers a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 8 business days.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same day.
  • Shipping Charges: Free standard shipping is available on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Availability: COD is available for orders across India.
  • Charges: A nominal fee of ₹99 is applied to COD orders.


Endeavour is committed to providing efficient shipping options to meet our customers' needs.

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same day.
  • Shipping Charges: A flat rate of ₹250 is applied to express shipping orders.
  • Payment Method: Express shipping is available exclusively for prepaid orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

RETURNS/ REPLACEMENTS 

You can submit your return or exchange request directly through our online form:

Email to orders@endeavourgears.com with subject line as "Return Request". Mention your Order ID and reason for return for our reference only

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery - no questions asked
  • The product will be picked up from your address by our courier team
  • In case we are unable to pickup service for return, then the customer will have to ship it back to us via standard postal service and we will provide a refund of the shipping cost
  • Refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product back
  • Any express shipping cost charged for a particular order will not be refunded

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Email to orders@endeavourgears.com with subject line as "Warranty Claim". Mention your Order ID and share photos of the issue with brief description to avail warranty claims

  • Three years limited warranty
  • Ensure you have a copy of your purchase receipt, invoice, or sales confirmation from an authorized Endeavour dealer or online store.
  • Covers all manufacturing defects and damage to stitching only due to regular usage - Doorstep pickup and drop facility will be provided for the first one year for such cases whereas shipping cost would be borne by the customer after the first year
  • Damage caused from wear and tear or inappropriate usage might not be applicable for doorstep warranty and would be decided on the discretion of Endeavour bags
  • Product will be replaced or repaired depending on the issue

Three year limited warranty on all products to cover manufacturing defects or damage to stitching from regular usage - Doorstep pickup and drop facility.
